Fixed in PyPI-Version 1.1.14. Tested on Mac, Windows and Ubuntu Docker. Problem was changed API-Result from github repository. There are new drivers _asc.tar.gz or .zip. No idea what this _asc extension should be but it didn't work. Problem appeared after github update from 29th July.

ZIP/TAR.GZ has 1 KB (I guess empty). Most probably the site structure of geckodriver download changed.
